Tucker is an owner surrender and is getting settled in at his Wisconsin foster home.  So far we know that he is good with other dogs, cats and kids.  He is housebroken and crate trained.  He sleeps in his crate at night.  Tucker is a typical young Boxer boy with lots of energy.  He does pretty good on the leash.  He has lots of personality, gives lots of kisses and has the best underbite!!

UPDATE:  Tucker has made himself right at home at his temporary foster home.  His foster mom had surgery so he is getting to spend a lot of time helping her recover and he is very sweet and gentle with her.  And he loves everyone! He thinks he's a lap dog, and loves to give kisses. We are working on his manners. He's quite needy of attention, leading us to think his previous family didn't spend much time with him. He's a quick learner but has a stubborn streak. He does very well in the yard off leash and comes quickly when called. He is very gentle with Ruby, our old Beagle mix, and gives her plenty of space. He is crate trained for sleep at night. The few times we've left him home alone in the crate, he escapes like Houdini (we have solved this by putting a u-bolt through the door latch). One time he chewed up some paper towels and ate a cookie off the table, the other time he just re-arranged couch pillows and cushions and some toys. He has not been destructive.  Overall he's a great guy who needs time, consistency, and positive reinforcement.  He is a smart boy and listens very well :)
