Sundance and his best friend Butch were found on a very rural road in southern Illinois, left on their own with a bag of dog food.  The boys were brought to the shelter, checked over and given vaccines and both tested positive for heartworm.  They are in their Indiana foster home and have started heartworm treatment.  They have fit it beautifully with the dog pack...they will do best in a home with no cats.  Butch and Sundance are a bonded pair and will need to be adopted together :)
