Trip's owner fell on hard times and was no longer able to take care of him and address his medical needs.  He is a very sweet and affectionate boy and is fitting in very well with his 10 foster furbrothers and sisters, one of which is blind like Trip is.  He formerly lived with a toddler but we would want to temperament test him with kids before placing him in a home with children.  He is all vetted now and he will be getting his eyes rechecked soon and we will find out if he will lose his right eye due to glaucoma.  He right leg is completely healed from a previous injury and it doesn't seem to slow him down.  Trip is making his way around his foster home very well, he is playing tug, has already found his favorite chair and goes to the door to go out...such a smart boy!!!
