Sugar is a sweeeeeeeeeeet little girl who was found starving and covered with mange in very rural Kentucky along with Cinnamon.  She is looking and feeling MUCH better these days and is all vetted and ready to find her adoptive home.  She has not been around cats since joining the rescue. 

UPDATE:  Sugar has arrived at her Illinois foster home!  She has explored the backyard and ate some lunch and is getting settled in.  Please check back for updates on this sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet girl!!
