Cooper is new to the rescue and just arrived at the vet clinic today.  He will hang out there for a few days to get all checked over and to get a full makeover.  Cooper is blind and we will need to see if we can do anything for his eyes.  He is good with other dogs and adores attention from people.

UPDATE:  Cooper moved to his temporary foster home in Kentucky and fit right in with the pack.  He is loving living inside and prefers laps to dog beds and chairs.  He very quickly learned where the doggie door was and has learned to potty outside.
