Achilles has had extensive training at board & train and did great!

6/1/20 UPDATE:

Achilles is an angel when indoors. He crates up on his own & is independent. He sleeps on the couch in the living room at night. If you can't find him, he's probably laying by a vent in the warmth from the furnace or by the door in a sunbeam. He asks for daily leg stretches and he loves shammy baths, being blow dried, & having his nails dremeled. He & Athena play great together & have even started snuggling.

Silly "Goose" is what we have nick-named him. He is just a bit awkward with his long legs. These last few months we've seen him bond more with Darby & Athena. He is blossoming as a member of this pack.

Continued training/challenges:
When we're outside, whether in the fenced yard or on a walk, he can get excited and bark repeatedly. A while back, he jumped the fence again, fortunately my commands worked this time & he came back to me, but I had to lift the silly boy back over the fence! The previous time I tore my ACL going over after him. We have a fence extension up now.

When walking him with the Weiss Walkie, we also have him wear a tactical vest we got for him. It seems to help him feel grounded or that he's "working". However, he gets quite warm with it in, even in spring temperatures.  Achilles is still reactive when people, especially men are walking toward us, or other dogs, etc.  We continue to work on this with him.
