This handsome dude's name is Dusty and he just joined us a few days ago.  He is neutered and received all other routine vetting.  Dusty tested great with other dogs at the shelter but was a little iffy with cats...we will try to work on getting him tested further with them.  He just arrived at his Kentucky foster home and is chilling out and getting to know the routine of the home.  Dusty is quickly learning that the crate isn't a bad place to be and he seems to be housebroken.

UPDATE FROM DUSTY'S FOSTER MOM:  Dusty is doing great and putting on weight slowly.  We have been working on food issues, after he finishes he wants to go to Tyson’s food and stand over him and we had an issue where Dusty growled at him so we separate now when feeding and no issues since.  He was going into crate with no problems when I was putting a small bowl of food in but he has since figured food in cage means being crated so I have to pick him up and put him in there but I’m working on other means so he is comfortable in there. He doesn’t bark, etc.  He is very smart and can push doors open.  Dusty tends to get excited when I come home after work so with his energy and Tyson’s it caused an issue once, nothing terrible so now when I come home I walk right to kitchen then give each one of them a pet and some attention. I think Dusty just craves attention and is afraid of not getting it and food issues come from being under weight . Overall he is a good dog.   He walks well on leash and I’ve left him out for short period of times and no issues with Tyson.  He seems younger then 3 years old in my opinion, maybe a year and half to two.  I take him for walks to release some energy.  He would do best in a home with active people and he loves to be outside and go for walks.
