Lou is a stray from central Kentucky who just arrived at his Indiana foster home.  He tested very well with other dogs at the shelter.  Lou is incredibly sweet, is very well-behaved in the car and has been described by volunteers as an "old soul".  He is fully vetted and tested postiive for heartworm disease so he has started on pre-treatment medication and will be starting treatment in about 4 weeks.

UPDATE:  Lou is all finished with his heartworm treatments and will be making his way to his new family very soon!!!
