Cinder (short for Cinderella) was left alone in her home with her mom Cleo when their owner was arrested.  The girls went several days without food or water and only the comfort of each other and two other dogs in the home.  Cinder is good with other dogs and is energetic one of the two girls.  She is fearful and untrusting of men and will need time to warm up to any new human male friends.  Cinder is "iffy" with cats and would likely do best in a home with just dogs :)

UPDATE FROM CINDER'S FOSTER MOM:  Cinder is a sweet, young wigglebutt that is full of love!! She is equally happy to share her toys playing with you or snuggled up on the couch getting some special attention and snoozing. She is quick to learn the rules of the house with just a little guidance. Cinder loves having another dog to buddy around with and will likely be most happy with another dog in her family with her. While she is very unsure of men she has shown that she can warm up quickly to them with just a little patience and love. Cinder is great with children but may accidentally knock a smaller child down with her boisterous personality. She is not a big fan of being crated but has proven herself to be trustworthy out of her crate when left alone. Cinder loves to take walks but still lacks some manners while on leash. Cinder is sure to bring many years of love and laughter to her family!!
