Rowan was surrendered to a central Kentucky shelter when her owner realized she is deaf. She is a young and petite girl and is incredibly sweet. She is all vetted incuding microchipped. Rowan is good with other dogs, she has not been around cats that we are aware of.
3/29 UPDATE: Rowan is an energetic young gal who is working very hard on learning her sign language. She knows her “sit” and “no” signs and is making good progress on others. She loves to walk and run. She is very curious as puppies can be. Rowan loves her Kong and is very attached to her teething bone. Once tired out Rowan sleeps through the night. She is very quiet and does not bark much at all. She is good around other dogs, we are not sure about cats. Rowan is very affectionate around children. She crates up easily and lets you know when she needs to go outside to potty. Rowan is good on the leash but does tug a little bit. She is in need of a foster home as her current home would like her moved.
