Our Jenny is coming to us from Kentucky.  Her owner passed away and while the family has taken her in, they cannot keep her.  Jenny is currently hanging out with a lot of other dogs who she gets along with very well.  She is also good with cats.   She is already spayed but needs some updated vetting and will be seeing the vet on Monday then she will move to her foster home on Tuesday.

UPDATE:  Jenny received her vaccinations and she is heartworm negative...YAY!!  She is being treated for some intestinal parasites and needs some dental work and a few bumps looked at and possibly removed, we will get that all taken care of after she gets to her temporary foster home.  Please check back for more information on Jenny as we get to know this precious brindle girl.

THE LATEST:  Jenny is all settled in at her Ohio foster home.  She is incredible.  Her foster mom says she is smart, also.  She knows the commands for sit, down, shake, heal, stay, speak etc. If she didn't already have 4 others she would adopt her lol. She is so sweet and awesome. She just can't say enough about her.  She has absolutely no issues with other dogs or with cats.  She doesn't do well when left alone uncrated and will crate right up when told.  Oh, and Jenny is a talker, too!

FROM HER FOSTER MOM:  Jenny loves to cuddle. We have actually been working on commands without a lead. We just go to the bus stop in the a.m. but she is doing great. She is house and crate trained, knows sit, shake with both paws, lay down, get in your bed, stay, heel, wait, speak and she is great on a leash. Her only draw back, which is workable, is that she HAS to be crated when left along.  She can be loose in the house when I am home with zero issues.  She rides wonderful shotgun LOL.  She aims to please and warms up quickly once she knows she is loved and safe.

12/11/19 UPDATE:  Jenny's adoptive mom is ill and she is coming back to the rescue.  She will be moving to her Ohio foster home this afternoon.  Please check back for updates and pictures of our girl.
