Chance is a beautiful young brindle boy who was abandoned in a parking lot in central Kentucky.  Luckily for him, some nice people saw him and called for help and he was taken to a local vet clinic and held to see if anyone was looking for him.  He was not reclaimed so they reached out for rescue help and we were beyond excited to be able to commit to him!  Chance went to our amazing vet partner clinic in Danville, KY and received all of his routine vetting.  His neuter appointment is on 2/20 and after he is healed up from that he will be ready to find a longer term foster or an adoptive home.  

Chance is wonderful with kids and with other dogs.  We are not sure yet how he feels about cats.  He has no guarding issues with food or toys, doesn't pull when he is on his leash and he listens well.  He doesn't love his crate yet but he goes in willingly with a treat.  We will post more pictures and updated information soon!!

2/20 UPDATE:  Chance was neutered and microchipped today and also had a broken tooth removed.  He is back in his temp foster home and doing great!!

2/26 ADDED INFO:  Chance is about 90% housebroken.  Since he is still a very young dog, he does sometimes forget to stop playing to get outside to potty.   He is crating up at night and does not have accidents in the crate...YAY!!
