This adorable little guy joined us from the Hazard, KY area and is currently at the vet clinic getting the rest of his needed vetting.  Cecil tested positive for heartworm disease at the shelter and we restested him at intake and that test also came up positive.  He has started on pre-treatment medications and will move to his Indiana foster home very soon.  Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers and please check back for updated information and pictures of him!!
