Sage just arrived with the rescue yesterday, thanks to some special rescue angels who dropped everything to get her picked up so she would not have to go to the wayyyy overfull shelter.  She is a "full-figured" gal and her foster mom will be working on getting some weight off of her to help keep her healthy.  Sage will be getting all of her updated vetting done then will head to her North Carolina foster home soon.  She is incredibly sweet and gives the best kisses!  Sage is said to be very good with kids, she does try to jump up on people when she gets excited (so she may knock smaller children down!) but she is very sweet. She is good with dogs but not good with cats.

9/28:  Sage is doing GREAT in her foster home!!  She does like to have most of her foster mom's attention but is getting better at sharing that with her foster furbrother :)
