Tiger was a very loved and cherished family member.  When is dad had to move to a new place due to his health, Tiger was not allowed to go with him.  They made the heartbreaking decision to look for rescue help.  We are so glad that we were referred to them and SO glad that we had a foster home step up so we could help Tiger and his family.

Tiger is an "older" boy but don't let that frosty face fool you...he still has the energy of a much younger dog.  He has been amazing with all of the recent changes in his life,  He is a little overweight due to his dad not being able to get him very much exercise so foster mom, dad and kids will work on that.  He has not been around kids yet, foster mom & dad will slowly introduce him to their human pack so he can get to know them.  Tiger is housebroken and used to not care too much for the crate but will do OK if crated now.  He has been afraid of loud noises such as fireworks and thunderstorms.  He is good with other dogs with proper intros and a little time to figure them out.  Tiger's favorite toys are Kongs and rubber bones.  He has not been around cats

Tiger needs some updated vetting so we are working on getting that done.  He does have some food allergies and is on grain free food.  He also gets seasonal alopecia.

5/31 UPDATE:  Tiger is in need of a foster or adoptive home without cats.  He needs some time to acclimate to other dogs and then he is good with them.  Tiger will crate up but doesn't care much for it.  He is GREAT on the leash and loves to go for walks.
