Balboa was adopted and returned to the shelter for being too energetic.  He is young, friendly and playful and gets along great with other dogs.  Balboa just needs someone to spend some time with him to teach him some manners and some basic commands.

UPDATE FROM BALBOA'S FOSTER MOM:  Balboa is such a cutie pie and really has no idea of his size! I caught under the bed (maybe 5 inches of room) helped him get out then he went right back under. Funny pup!  Who ever is his forever family will have so much fun with his guy! HE JUST MAKES ME LAUGH!  Balboa loves getting his morning kisses from Peanut. I just want to call him "Goofy" as he is so funny! He has no idea really how big he is or where his paws go. Last night while going to bed, he crawled into the small......yes small dog crate...with Peanut also inside!

Balboa has calmed down with the jumping, he just needs to get alot of exercise in the day. He is learning to sit and wait for his meals. He is going in the crate at night better vs a struggle. He walks pretty well on a leash, too.
