Bruce was found wandering on a rural county road in Illinois.  He was horribly underweight and appeared to have been on his own for a while.  He is super sweet...no kisses yet, but he will lean into you to let you know that he likes you.  Bruce is very smart and will look to you for direction.  He will get some much-needed TLC from his foster momma Kristine and lots of good food, too.  Please check back for more information on Bruce as we get to know him.

UPDATE:  Brucey is doing GREAT in his foster home.  He loves playing with his foster furbrother Dallas!  He is very food-motivated and has figured out very quickly that the crate isn't a bad place to hang out.  Brucey is putting on some much-needed weight and is looking even more handsome now :). He is an agility boy!  Natural born frisbee catcher! And brings back to you.  Bruce would be best due to his energy level in a home without young children.  He does great with school age children!
