Casper is a beautiful and sweet boy who is great with other dogs. He is housebroken. He is doing great in his temp foster home! He does great walking on carpet and is learning to walk on vinyl and tile floors. Casper would do best in a home with no cats. He is deaf and will require a home with a fenced-in yard.
