Chance's Christmas is a merry one thanks to his rescue angel, Elisha.  His family could no longer keep him but that is OK, we will always make room at the inn.  Chance is good with other dogs and good with kids but doesn't know how big he is so he sometimes knocks little ones over.  He is young and smart and has already learned to sit on command.

UPDATE:  Chance is the healthy baby moose he appears to be. He weighs 70 lbs, the vet would like to see him gain about 5 lbs so you can't see his ribs. He is HW - and scheduled for his neuter next Tuesday. Chance drew a crowd everywhere we went today too, and loved everyone he met, human and dog! He charmed the girl at the drive through so much she bought his cheeseburger! It made me sad to take him back to the kennels, but he was so happy to see the girls he was doing a wiggle butt dance! It doesn't say much for his previous home that being kenneled is an upgrade, but his kennel is pimped out! He has 2 beds and pillows and blankets and a stuffy to snuggle with and peanut butter kongs! In the week he has been at the kennel Chance has learned sit, down/stay, shake, and he gives high fives!  

Chance is currently in temporary boarding until a foster or adoptive home scoops him up.  Please consider fostering or adopting this big handsome boy!!!
