Polly was given away at least twice before winding up at a shelter in southern Indiana.  With a foster offer from one of our southern Indiana foster moms, we were able to bring her into the rescue.  She is incredibly sweet, good with other dogs, is calm and well-behaved.  Polly is good with other dogs and "OK" with cats...the cats LOVE her and she is very interested in them and even licks them but she may be a little bit too much for some less dog-savvy cats.  She will jump a fence so she cannot be left outside unattended. 

UPDATE FROM POLLY'S FOSTER MOM:  Polly is s big girl, around 70 lbs. She was pretty skinny when I got her, but I got her weight up. Polly is calm, well-behaved and house trained. She kennels well and is quiet in the kennel. She does very little barking.  Polly is good with dogs and cats.  She mostly likes being a couch potato, but does like running around the backyard. She can jump a 4 ft fence, so she is on a tie out here. She rides well and is good on a leash. Except for the fence jumping, she is pretty perfect!!!
