Gracie and her friend Molly joined the rescue on June 11th when they were finally released from being held for a cruelty case after being held for almost a month.  The girls were then moved to another overfull county shelter.  With no available kennels, their lives were in immediate danger.  Thanks to the quick action of some of our amazing Kentucky volunteers, the girls were temperament tested and out of that shelter they next day.  They are currently at the vet clinic getting all checked over and will receive all needed vetting, including getting spayed and microchipped.  

Gracie is in pretty good physical condition and is being treated for an ear infection.  Her skin is dry and so she has been started on skin support food.  She is FULL of kisses for everyone!  The girls are in their Kentucky foster home and are doing great.  Gracie crares up like a dream and is housebroken.  The girls are bonded and are looking for their forever home together.
