This baby girl might not be ALL Boxer but she is ALL CUTE!!!!! Kinley needs some additional vetting then will head to her Indiana foster home. She is great with other dogs.
12/30 UPDATE: Kinley was spayed today and did great! She will be moving to her Indiana foster home next week.
1/5/22: Kinley arrived at her Indiana foster home yesterday and is getting to know everyone. We will share updated information and pictures soon!!
1/26/22 UPDATE: This adorable fluffy-eared girl is getting all settled in at her foster home and her foster furbrother has been showing her the ropes, including the fun of running and playing in the snow! Kinley is working on her manners when meeting new human friends and on some basic training and obedience. She is a shameless countersurfer...foster mom is working on that! She is very sweet and loves to snuggle...on the flip side...she is also full of fun and playful energy. Kinley will need a structured and patient home who will continue working with her on learning how to be the best girl that she can be.
5/29 THE LATEST: This girl is something else! Meeting Kinley for the first time you immediately notice her fluffy ears and huge personality. Her expressions and antics can keep you entertained for hours on end.
At 45 lbs she’s on the smaller side for a boxer, though not quite the lap dog size she thinks she is. Kinley is a lot of fun and comes with the normal young boxer energy. She needs an active home and would certainly do best with a good sized fenced yard. Then she can reward you with endless skips, jumps, and leaps!
Kinley was under socialized when she came to us, and we’ve been working on that. She loves people but takes a while to warm up as she has some fear of new people and environments. Her food motivation helps with training and transition a lot! She has also lived with other dogs and does well, but can be selective of her friends. She is currently living with a bigger dog (male husky mix) and they get along great.
We would not recommend Kinley to households that have cats, she wants to chase.
