Maggie Mae is alllllll settled in at her foster home and is doing well and has put on some much needed weight.  She has been with us for about a month and she has slowly come around to accepting pets and giving kisses to her foster dad without cowering and running.  We aren't sure what happened to her in her previous home but from her reaction to certain things we don't think she was treated very well.  Maggie is VERY sweet and formerly lived with another dog and with kids. Maggie will require some patience and understanding in new situations and when meeting new people.  She rides great in the car and does very well at the vet clinic :)  She will do best in a home with no cats and no other small pets, including chickens.  She is all up to date on her routine vetting and has a spay surgery appointment for just after the first of the year then she will be ready to find her furever home.
